We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our international sales efforts and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales team and global clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and work independently.
As the International Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of international sales accounts, coordinating logistics for international shipments, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. You will also provide support in creating sales reports and presentations, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to develop strategic initiatives and contribute to the achievement of sales goals.
Reports to: Director of Customer Service/President
Responsibilities:
- Support the international sales team by managing customer accounts and maintaining regular contact
- Coordinate all aspects of international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders
- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales reports and presentations, providing valuable insights and analysis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for market expansion
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and stay informed of industry trends
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in international business, marketing, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in an international setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in Spanish and additional languages is a strong plus
- Experience with International Sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs regulations is desirable
Pay: $28-32/hour
Physical Demands/Work Conditions:
- Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 30 pounds across office for various needs
- Repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard
