Director of Finance & Administration
Provides strategic financial leadership and insight to First Tactical senior management. Establishes and maintains financial policies, procedures, and ensures compliance with the system of internal controls to produce all financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and reports as required, as well as oversee and participate in the day to day accounting processes and inputs. Ensures consistency with corporate level financial policies, procedures and directives.

Education and Experience: Bachelor' s degree with in Accounting and/or Finance; supplemented by seven (7) years of experience involving full charge accounting, budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis, and working capital and cash management.
Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate complex topics into plain easy to understand oral or written presentations.
Mathematical Skills: Requires the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; the ability to calculate decimals and percentages; the ability to utilize principles of fractions; and the ability to interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations. Exceptional organizational skills required. Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy.
Computer Skills: Ability to operate all Microsoft office programs. Experience with Sage, Peachtree, Apparel Business Systems (ABS), or similar GL Software experience a plus.

Business Development Manager
As an independent sales representative for First Tactical, you will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. You are free to schedule, develop and implement an agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned territory.
You will work with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. First Tactical will provide you with all Public Safety contacts including Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in an assigned territory as well as sales samples, sales collateral and a territory management tool.
