Love the boots they seem to be really good quality. However they don’t have womans sizes so I went by the size guide and ordered a mens 7 1/2. When I tried them on they fit but I could feel my toes at at the end of the boot and I’m not sure how they will break in. I emailed First Tacticals customer service email over a week ago the same day my order arrived, several days later I emailed again hoping to exchange them for 1/2 a size bigger. I haven’t worn them so I could exchange them. I still have not gotten a response from them and I need them for work. Hoping they break in. The boots seem great, customer service is awful.
