The EMS Pants boast our micro ripstop polyester/cotton blend fabric, DWR stain repellent finish, and a mechanical two-way stretch perfect for medical professionals who are constantly on the move. Running gusset construction gives you full motion ability, while triple needle stitching at critical seams keeps you going strong. The lightweight fabric and minimal layers make these the ideal tactical pants for warmer climates.

Great EMS Pants

Very comfortable, great fit, and lots of pockets. Pockets are deep and can store many supplies. Leg pockets came in handy for quickly storing and later grabbing emesis bags.

Best EMS Pants Ever

I have been in EMS for over 30 yeas and worn all sorts of duty\uniform pants from BDUs to 5.11 and I have to say, the First Tactical pants are possibly the best EMS pants ever.
They are comfortable during long shifts (24 hours+), fit and move well and they are constructed to last!
They have pockets in all the right places and the zipped pockets behind the cargo pockets are ingenious!
The only negative I have is that the covered shears pocket will not fit a Leatherman Raptor when it is extended as the pocket it too narrow.
You will buy a pair to try and then buy another pair and another pair until you have your work week covered and never look back.
I love these pants and can't say enough about them (I also have the V2 pants and love them too!!

EMS Pants

Pants fit well and have held up past any expectations I had for them. The way the bellows pockets are designed with the extra room is very convenient and well thought out. My new go to EMS pant.
