Great little knife

Fits great in my FT boots, doesn't rub against the leg at all. Will be awesome when I put a wrap on the handle but for the price of free (Spear Points) its a win win

Ahead of its time

Great knife. I needed a fixed blade for patrol but wanted a level 2 retention system similar to my pistol holster; instead of a snap button. Unfortunately many companies that make knives give it a junk sheath. This is significantly more affordable than ka-bar’s hellfire with a similar retention system. The locking mechanism works great even when pulling with two arms it stays secure. The belt buckle comes loose from Molle and my belt, but I was able to zip tie it secure. The finger ring is great but the sheath gets in the way when trying to grab the knife. I would love if a similar knife was made with the ring at the end of the handle away from the blade similar to Benchmade socp. That would also allow the user to hold the knife in ice pick style. I would recommend this knife and wish more knife styles were developed with the locking concept.
